Shares Strategy
Total shares of the Hege Fund are 50 000 000 $
If he wishes, the investor can buy corporate bonds (units) from the RCX Global Company up to the value of the fund, which is $50,000,000. With the purchased Corporate Bonds from the RCX Global Company (as assets), the Investor can participate in the Hedge Fund. The realized yield is pay in the order indicated.
Fund Strategy
When the Fund fulfills its quotas, it does not attract more capital.
The fund pays a dividend only after a completed calendar year and after completed calculations.
The Fund does not pay a 20% commission to the Trader / Fund Manager / if the Fund has realized an annual growth of less than 15%.
Inwestor Withdawal
The investor withdraws his profit or capital after the Fund's calculations in January each year.
The Investor may purchase Shares only from the currently available packages.
Shares purchased by the investor may be offered for redemption by the RCX Global .
If the fund refuses to buy back its Shares, the Investor has the right to sell his shares on the open market.
